The Troll

Myth-The origin of trolls begins in Scandinavia. Trolls looooooove to eat humans, billygoats, and other animals.
Description-From the old run of the mill "under the bridge" trolls to the ones found on Dora the Explorer, there are several different types of troll. They are found all over the world. All trolls look about the same; They are very tall with long arms, sharp teeth, beady eyes, and are quite warty. I'm pretty sure that trolls would fail a child's IQ test, they are dumb as rocks.
Destruction-One way to kill a troll is to steal his club and bonk him on the head. This however can be quite risky, especially if you're dealing with a female, which guard their clubs like their children. Because some trolls are regenerative, the preferred method of trollish destruction is good ol' FIRE. Just remember, "When in doubt, burn it out."

The Mummy

Myth-The original story of the mummy was first told in Egypt. The Egyptians said that when a person died, they would either go to the afterlife or roam around their tomb as the undead.
Description-Mummies basically look like humans wrapped in toilet paper. Many times they have an amulet around their neck. They use the necklace to hold the mummy's curse. They walk around often in pyramids like zombies. Very commonly the mummy's gauze falls off revealing the dried up flesh underneath. They could really use some lotion!
Destruction-The quickest way to kill a mummy forever is to light them on fire. That's why you never see a mummy at a barbeque or a bonfire party.

The Chimera

Myth- The Chimera originated in Greece, but now can be found all over the world. Chimera is the child of Typhon and Echidna. After Perseus slew Medusa, the blood fell into the ocean making a mythical creature called Pegasus, a winged horse. A young hero named Bellerophon tamed this wild beast. Together they flew into the air and killed the Chimera.
Description- The Chimera has a lion's front half and a goats back half. It usually has a lion's head, a goat's head, and a serpent's head. It is also seen with wings. It can also be found with a goat's body, lion's head, and a serpent for a tail. It must be very hard for it to brush it's teeth because they are known to breath fire!
Destruction- The safest way to kill the Chimera is to shoot it with a bow and arrow(or a machine gun) from mid-air. Mostly I would just stay away, since Pegasus is hard to find these days, and helicopters make me motion sick.

The Medusa

Myth: Medusa is a gorgon who was killed by Perseus. Medusa was the girlfriend of Poseidon, the Sea God, and she got in trouble when Athena caught them kissing in her temple. Her punishment was to be turned into a horrible monster. Not being able to bear her any longer, Poseidon broke up with her, and she was forced to live with her sisters, who were also turned into monsters.
Description: Medusa is a woman with green skin, snakes for hair, sometimes wings, and a shriveled face. This is her description as I've been told, but nobody really knows, because she is so ugly that if you look at her, she will turn you to stone. The worst part for her is that no hair stylist works with snakes, and she can't do her makeup, because if she looks into a mirror, she'll turn herself to stone.
Destruction: Perseus killed her with a mirrored shield, so that he can look at her reflection and not into her eyes. So don't forget your mirror, and Use the Force Luke!

The Empousa

Myth: The Empousa, or empousai, are relatives of the vampires from Greece. They are the daughters of Hecate. They bite and devour young men, drinking their blood, then feasting on their bodies.
Description: They can disguise themselves as beautiful maidens, but they are actually quite hideous. They have pointy fangs, colorless skin,and flaming hair. Their most striking feature is that they have one donkey leg, and one bronze leg. They have a lot of trouble shopping for shoes.
Destruction: Because they are demons you better bring along some Celestial Bronze, otherwise you won't be able to hurt them at all. Be warned, they burst into flames to trick you into thinking they are dead, but it's really a trick and they will be hiding nearby. Don't give up until they say Uncle!

The Cyclops

Myth: The Cyclops is a one-eyed giant that live on islands around Greece. Known to be meat eaters and they love to be entertained by their food before they eat. They can change their voice to lure you into their cave, after which they proceed to bonk you on the head and put you in a cage. They are the sons of Poseidon and love to surf. The most famous Cyclops is Polyphemus, who captured Odysseus while journeying home from the Trojan War. Odysseus battled the Cyclops by poking his eye out while he slept. When he woke up, he was half-blind. Odysseus and his men escaped by clinging to the bellies of his sheep.
Description:A giant with a big eye in the middle of their forehead. Sometimes they have horns, but not always. Mostly their carry clubs as their weapons of choice, but sometime just use their bare hands. But be warned, their deadliest attack with with their giant, stinky feet. Peewww!
Destruction:So, you wanna take on the Cyclops, good luck! Blinding him is the only way to really even the playing field. So bring a big poker with you.

The Werewolf

Myth:The Werewolf, also known as the Lycanthrope, is a monster that bites humans, making them into werewolves as well. They transform when the full moon rises changing from a human form to a half-wolf form.
Description: Werewolves are furry and have sharp teeth. Their clothes are usually ripped during their change. Werewolves can be found in the deep forests of Europe and all over North America including Hawaii. During the day they look like normal people, but at night, they take really long showers and use a LOT of shampoo, to wash all of that hair.
Destruction: Werewolves are afraid of Wolfsbane, a plant with magical powers. Werewolves' arch nemesis is the Vampire, and they are known for attacking each other on sight. The main way to kill a werewolf is to shoot it with a silver bullet, although a rocket launcher would work too.
